Watering Consciously
If you haven’t heard yet, we now are responsible for paying our quarterly water bill.
Water is an incredibly valuable resource, more than just a few pennies.
Our last water bill was substantially higher than bills previous. Not only is this a major hit to our pocket, but it also means we need to be conscious of all the water we are using.
So, the best way to prevent water wastage is to get yourself a trigger nozzle to pop on the end of your hose. We now ask that all plot holders get themselves a trigger nozzle, which will not only save water, but give your plants a better water.
Be water-wise!
Voice of the Garden!
Our new gardening magazine, straight from our very own garden. Keep your eyes peeled for this special, free, but very valuable gardening resource, it’s out on the streets now! We have created a gardening magazine that you and our community can pick up and take home with you. The Voice will be out seasonally (next 1st September). We’re always looking for more inspiring gardening and health material. So please, feel free to write us an article. Send to: ( . Let’s share the voice!
We want your bamboo, coconut and hardwood waste particularly!! We also need Nitrogen for the bio-char compost pile. If you have any plant based nitrogen such as food scraps and green grass clippings please contact Don on 0459175729.
