What’s on at the Mullum Community Gardens this week? How can you get involved? Read on…
Dear Friends of Mullum Gardens,

Here’s your (belated) weekly update of activities at and notices from the Mullum Community Gardens. Apologies for the late posting.

Volunteers ‘Harvest Celebration’-Its party time!!

Mark this date! Tuesday, 26th February 2013, at 1:30 pm, till 4pm (sunset at the latest) is the Volunteers ‘Harvest Celebration’. This is an invitation to volunteers and members. We’ve all been working hard so lets celebrate the bounty from the garden and the beauty of our lives here in the Byron Shire.

Bring something yummy to share to add to the Tuesday communal lunch so that we can make this an afternoon of feast and celebration in the rotunda.

If you are a musician or know one come along with your instruments. A small boom box would also be welcome. Reggae, dub chill, ambient, rhumba samba, etc (no house or heavy techno, no country, no commercial crap). We’ll keep the music choice smooth and sensual.(in keeping with the theme of the year of the snake, ‘sensory aliveness’).
